Fifteen sub-units can be connected to a base unit. Using RS232C to connect to the base unit enables the measured values from all counters to be read and a variety of commands to be output.
High-speed storage of up to 2,048 data in 1 msec. Each counter can store up to 2,048 measured data in its internal memory. The data can be stored in 1 msec cycles. Since the data can be output through RS232C after storage, IPD-SC1R can be utilized for shape measurement.

Operations can be performed freely on the measured values from several counters. On the base unit, the measured values from multiple detectors can be calculated, displayed and output. For example, the average of the values measured by 3 counters, or the sum of the values measured by 16 counters can be obtained. By selecting the calculation method, "Max - Min" of multiple measured value can be obtained. It is also possible to set constants for calculations of detector measurement values.
